The Search For Meaning

The more crowded, complicated and impersonal our world becomes the more powerless we perceive ourselves. Economic systems, government systems, infrastructure bureaucracy, indoctrination systems masquerading as educational systems. The constant influence of the media such as television upon our consciousness demanding our attention and engaging our minds in a self perpetuating dance of violence and shallow superficiality.

All these giant forces exerting their influence upon our awareness in a daily onslaught of social conditioning tends to ground our individual will down and pound our spirits into the ground until we submit out of shear weariness leaving us in a state of hopelessness and powerlessness from which we try to hide by denial.
